Description: Longview Public School's 77th Independence Day Celebration: Longview Public School (LPS) celebrated the 77th Independence Day with great fervor and enthusiasm. The event marked by a series of engaging activities and programs that paid homage to the nation's rich history and celebrated the spirit of freedom. The celebration commenced at 9:00 AM with the traditional hoisting of the Indian national flag accompanied by the soul-stirring rendition of the national anthem. Following the flag hoisting, the festivities continued in the school auditorium with a diverse range of programs that captivated the audience. The auditorium was adorned with patriotic decorations that added to the patriotic ambiance. Students delivered eloquent speeches, sung patriotic songs, poem recitations paid homage to the heroes who laid down their lives for the country's freedom. An interactive and educational Interhouse Independence Day quiz challenged the students' knowledge of the nation's history and struggle for independence. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks extended by the principal, acknowledging the collective efforts that made the day a resounding success.
