The school organizes a wide range of educational tours that form an integral part of day-to-day learning. These trips are beneficial for all classes and age groups. Students are exposed to practical learning by visits to Zoo, Forests, Nature Walks, Museum, Hospitals, Post Office, Picnic Spots, Gardens, Observatory, etc. — the list is endless in and around Nainital. For higher classes tours may also include visits to factories, Civil Court, High Court, Industrial Units etc.

Students may also be taken for short trips to neighbouring cities and states. Nominal charges will have to be borne by the students to meet and cover the expenses of such educational trips. Learning through trips, trekking, camping, workshops, games are made available to students. School has associated with some organizations that help organize these activities.
